Answer: D) 900.

Explanation:

LCM of 15, 20 and 36 is 180

Now 180 = 3 x 3 x 2 x 2 x 5
As we want a perfect square It must product of Squares. 
To make it perfect square, we must Multiple LCM by 5.

So, 180*5=900.
